What is the procedure for BOTOX® & DYSPORT® ?
Dr. Young uses a fine needle to administer Botox®. Injections are made along the muscle to produce a consistent, even distribution of the product to relax the muscles.
What is recovery like after BOTOX® & DYSPORT® ?
After your Botox® treatment, expect the full results to take up to seven days. For the first one to two days, you may notice some localized swelling, tenderness, and minor bleeding at each injection site. The results may last four to six months, and Dr. Young recommends follow-up treatments every 3-6 months.
KYBELLA®
What is KYBELLA® ?
The excess fat that develops under your chin and jawline is referred to as “submental fat.” This may not necessarily be an indication that you are overweight as submental fat is most likely linked to genetics. Traditionally excess fat in the area was removed via liposuction, but now you have a minimally-invasive option thanks to Kybella®. It is the first injectable product that is formulated to naturally destroy fat cells that cause a double chin.
What are the benefits of KYBELLA® ?

What is the procedure for KYBELLA®
Kybella® works best when it is administered in smaller doses across the entirety of the sub-mental fat. This ensures that the fat reduces in a consistent and natural pattern. You will need a series of injections at a schedule determined by Dr. Young.
What is recover like after KYBELLA®
Pinpoint bleeding, swelling, tenderness, and minor bruising may develop around each injection site. This is related to the insertion of the needle into the skin rather than the Kybella® product. Symptoms typically last only one to two days. Fat reduction may take up to 16 weeks to achieve the optimal results that you desire.
